All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing time may be slightly extended.

We currently ship to:

- Select international countries

💵 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
(Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.)
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
You can also track your order using your order number on our website.
🌐 Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
🚫 Address Issues & Delivery Problems
If your package is marked "delivered" but not received:
- Check with neighbors or your local delivery provider.
- Then email us at hello@zentolo.com — we’re happy to help.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We can reship it (additional shipping fee may apply), or
- Refund minus the original shipping cost.
